Indications:
For the short-term management of moderate to severe postoperative pain.
Dosage and Administration
Adult < 65 yrs - Single dose of 60mg IM or 30mg IV
Patient with renal impairment and/or <50 kg body weight, elderly >= 65 yr. – 30 mg IM or 15 mg IV.
Children 2-16 yr.- Single dose of 1 mg/kg IM up to max of30 mg or 0.5 mg/kg IV up to max of 15mg.
Multiple dose treatment: Adult <65 yr. -30 mg IM/IV
6 hr. Max dose: 120 mg/day
Patients with renal impairment and/or <50 kg body weight, elderly >= 65 yr.-15 mg IM/IV 6hr
Max dose: 60 mg/day
