Formulation:
Each mL contains Gentamicin sulfate equivalent to Gentamicin base 40 mg
Packaging/Availability:
3 mL-capacity USP Type 1 Clear colorless borosillicate glass vial with light grey rubber closure and aluminum cap with red polypropylene plastic flip-off cap x 2 mL (Box of 1’s).

Indications:
Gentamicin Injection is indicated in the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible strains of the following microorganisms. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus species (indole-positive and indole-negative), Escherichia coli, Klebsiella-Enterobacter-Serratia species, Citrobacter species, and Staphylococcus species (coagulase-positive and coagulase-negative).
Dosage and Administration
For injection eq. to 1mg of Gentamicin per 1kg body weight, 3 times daily. Administered intramuscular or intravenous injection.
